Hi, I am interested in a CNA. I’m thinking of going for 50-653 NetWare 5.1v2.0, I have access to a Novell Education Authorized Courseware-student package. Should I go with this or is it a waste of time. Is there another book I should use?

TIA

Take it, very useful and get some extra ref from the internet, EE5.5, STS, IDG books and hand-on practice.

Thanks Kasor, I've been reading the book a little and it just walks you through how to do stuff, like a big lab. I'm familiar with EE5.5 but what is this STS. I will probably be going online to the Novell site for extra references. I was thinking about getting the 5.1 book by Clark. Should I just stick with the lab book and the web site?

STS = Self Test Software which contains some excellent simulations.

Personally, I dislike the Clarke books. I tried to use them for my Netware 4.11 certification but I became very impatient with the constant use of "wit and banter", very distracting and disorganized.
Use EE5, the Novell White book and STS, get some hands on and you should do fine on the exam.
Good luck!
