| i got my best score on D&I. i'd say watch out for Implementing NetWare and Windows NT -- unless you already know all the MS stuff, that's what got me...

| i used experience (but not much with NT at that time), the novell white book (from a course) and exam essentials. it's just that the share permissions/NTFS permissions and the policies and profiles messed me up.
