If you create a one sub int point-to-point on a frame relay connection will you need to staticaly map the pvc's?

Scernario:
hub router
has multiple pvc's
serial int
encap frame-relay
frame-relay lmi-type ansi
no ip add

serial sub int
ip add 192.168.40.2\24
would you statically map pvc's here?

Spoke router
serial int
encap frame-relay
frame-relay lmi-type ansi
no ip add

serial sub int
ip add 192.168.40.3\24
would you statically map pvc's here?

Make it a point to point interface and use the dlci command so you don't have to statically map.
