| When looking at an OSPF network diagram, how do you determine the default route? I saw a question in ITCertKeys that covered this, and asked you to choose two default routes, but it didn't offer an explanation as to how they got them. Any help is appreciated. | |

| Stub areas include a default route to the ABRs.
Network wide you cant tell for sure, but in the vast number of cases the default route is for Internet access so it is being originated from your ISP facing router, or if you have a firewall it may be comming from the router directly behind the firewall (and doing a default static route through the firewall.
Some networks (like mine) dont have a default route. |
