| Does the 640-801 dwell a lot on the RAT's (Remote Access Technologies)? Just wondering, cause I got enough experience and a decent knowledge base of routing and switching, but just a little ISDN and 56k, but I never really paid much attention to the standards. I'm just wondering how much of the stuff I don't use, do I need to know for the exam? | |

| Know your IDSN and DDR as mentioned in the objectives, but don't spend too long on it. | |

| Thanks for the heads up smrkdown. On that note, are the Cisco Press "CCNA Intro" and "CCNA ICND" self-study guides enough to pass the 801? I do have some routing experience with Cisco routers. | |

| I'd say they'd be enough, but I never limit myself to one source of study information. The Sybex CCNA Study Guide is also good, and CCNA CertSim by RouterSim is excellent. |
