| Currently trying to setup a isdn ddr connection. It will call, authenticate,get ip address. the status will say up & up, but unable to ping other router or any where on the net. Any Ideas. | |

| I would need more information to assist. From what you say a debug of q931 should show a successful call completion, but it will also show why the call is torn down (in hex). How long is the call connected before being torn down? If you can supply a q931 debug output that would be a good starting place.

| Bummer..ISDN can be frustrating but fun to troubleshoot. Cable on the other hand is near impossible to troubleshoot due to the poor quality of their Help Desk techs who are used to dealing with home accounts rather than network people.
