The confidentiality agreement

| The first person who links to a full copy of the CA gets a slap. I have read it, but for now assume I'm a bit too stupid to fully understand it.
Since I passed I'm happy to answer questions on the forum where I'm able to, but obviously I don't want to do anything wrong. With that in mind, I'd appreciate it if someone coud clear up what I can and can't say.
Obviously giving out precise questions on the exam is bad. I got that far. However:
1. Is saying what the pass mark is allowed?
2. Is saying how many questions there are allowed?
3. Is saying roughly how many of each type of question there are allowed?
4. Is saying how long you get for the exam allowed?
That's all I can think of for now. I just want to avoid a situation where I answer a question and someone waves the CA at me.

1. Yes
2. yes
3. Yes
4. Yes
I think the NDA is in place to protect the exam content in the way of questions not specifics such as time allowed etc.
