CCNA - VLAN step by step

Some of us use our ccna for other pieces of cisco technologies. I am wanting to get a step by step, how to, diy, guide on creating a VLAN. Just a simple VLAN to start nothing complicated just yet. Any ideas?

I will if you are willing to write me a routing step by step... or I could just cut through the crap and go straight to the url in darthfeces sig line and search for something like vlan.
