| TEST: 640-801
I will appologize if this questions has been asked before but as we all know things can change quickly with Cisco exams and what was once possible or covered may not be the next month.
My question goes out to all those who have written the 640-801 exam (and more specifically between Sept and Dec in 2004) and can tell me if the "?" key is suppose to work to bring up limited context sensitive help.
My problem is that I am working over seas in Europe and I have written the exam (640-801) a few times here.. the keyboad layout is in German (for those of you who do not know, there are alot of the keys changed around including the "?") and the exam is in English. Each time I tried the "?" it did not work (and trust me a I had the testing staff trying to get it to work too). The V.U testing company keeps telling me "the test was delivered with no errors" and that is the end of their willingness to help. I currently have a case open with cisco but they have not gotten back to me yet.
But the real question of the day is.. is this suppose to work on this exam? Has anypone else taken the exam that can confirm it is or is not included in this version??
Thanks in advance for your time.

| I would have thought it is not supposed to work.
It is a test after all and therefore testing whether you know the commands or not.

| I read that it does not work, but I never tried it myself. You really shouldn't need it. |
