I have a problem running routerSim CCNA 3.0 program on my computer, it is consuming so much processor resources(100%) , that after a short time the application will close automatically.I have a pentium 3 (733mhz with 256 mb ram)

Please help

Yeah, it looks like you're not the first. I've noted there isn't much for technical support on the page. Maybe you can pm the gent in this thread to see what he did to solve the problem.
