I am so excited! Today I got myself a Cisco 7200 for study of the CCNA. It was just a phone call away for the taken. It is all about connections. They told me it was just taking up space and I could use it as long as I need it. Isn't that great.

Anyhow, should I bother with trying to install a new IOS version? IT is 12.0 now. I think the exam is 12.2. If I do have to install it what is the default directory for my TFTP server? It really doesn't say in the Cisco book I am reading. Thanks

Must be nice. I just got 2500's and 4000's. Anyway, I always prefer to load the latest greatest code on my routers with the most feature rich versions available (assuming you have a CCO login to download the images). The TFTP root directory on your TFTP server is whatever directory you specify. You just configure the TFTP server to point to that directory.
