Okay, i'm reading...i'm reading...most of the stuff is sinking in, and i really want to master this subnetting issue, so i can move on, BUT i can't seem to get a hold on figuring out "the number of subnets that need to be used and the BITS REQUIRED" Thing.

Can someone give me a clue here!
