I know when I was working for my CCNA I had alot of unanswered questions about how things work when they leave the realm of most our control. So anyways I went out searching for a book that could explain some of it and found a book from Addison Wesley called Telecommunications Essentials. I read about half the book so far and it made things alot clearer as to how things are done and why things are done. While most of stuff the book covers doesn't matter for the CCNA I think its a good book to read so you fill in any gaps of information you may have. I suggest you check it out if you can. Might even be able to find an ebook of it if you look really really hard but thats only if you buy the book of course

Anyways, anyone who instrested in how it works togeather and not just passing the CCNA would probably want to check this book out.
