This is the link I was looking for at the time when someone on this forum last week asked about the best resource to learn IP addressing...Here is the link.....a free download from 3COM.

This 72 page long pdf file is surely an excellant white paper must be 5 years old. I first found this paper sometime during 1998 and used for my early MCSE studies. It could be a bit older now but the IP concepts has never changed since the inception of IPV4.
None has written such a high quality whitepaper on IP techniques like these guys. I would suggest every Network Engineer to read this and keep safe a copy of this for future references.... |
