Hello,

I took the CCNA exam a second time today and failed again. This time with a score of 809 out of 849 required. How close were I? 1 question?

Anyway, I even scored 100% on 2 objectives but one that is consistently low is Cisco & Networking basics. I find this such a stupid term. It tells me nothing.

Can anyone tell me which area's of the Cisco press study guide I should focus on?

TIA

Just a guess, but I would think that "Cisco & Network Basics" would be a section focusing on the OSI Model and Subnetting. Just my thoughts.

That's what I figured but the OSI model is a different category that I scored 100% on. But I already found the answer on the Cisco site:

I see you found the answer, from scoreing low on that, I would suggest that you try to get more hands on, and just screw around with a router for awhile, see if you cant get a better understanding of some of that stuff.
