| Hi Guys,
I’m new to the site
I basically have a question please. I have completed cisco semester 1 and 2 successfully and I will start semester 3 next week
I ‘m thinking of buying this book Cisco CCNA Exam #640-607 Certification Guide (3rd Edition) by Wendell Odom. Any recommendation? Is it worth buying guys? I have heard it's very technical book ,and that if your able to understand the book you won't have any problem getting CCNA.

| Wendell Odom has been refered to many times here by a large number of people, all with very positive views about his books.
I don't think you can far wrong his works.
Personally, I got through with Todd Lammle's book despite quite a few errors in the text.
Good Luck

| The Odom text is good, but very heavy! It's not a bad read, but does tend to be quite technical. If you want to stick with Cisco Press, you might want to try the ICND book.
Good luck! | |

| I like the CCNA bundle by Cisco Press, it not only prepares for the exam but it's also handy to have around as a refrence for real world configurations. |
