| i took the ccna exam a couple of months ago and failed. frustrated and disapointed at my score. too confident that i will pass the exam but got a low score. never expect how hard it will be for me. im planning to retake the exam and begin my review from the scratch. i had my worst experience taking the exam, imagine i lost my 10 minutes of my time just wondering why the num keys are not working. i couldnt type any number to answer the question. it's too late that i lost my most of the time for the question before complaining. he remove the keyboard from the pc and put it back again and it start working again. i should have complain this to cisco but i am too depressed that time and cant do anything about it. anyway, im using sybex by Todd Lammle and boson router sim. attending forums like this and answering some practice questions. would you think that this will be enough to be prepared for my second try? any other review materials anybody can suggest? | |

| Yes, first I would suggest going to a different testing center in the future. Give yourself a fresh start. Those resources you have are good, I would also suggest supplementing them by purchasing the official Cisco Press guide for the CCNA 640-607. And also, really practice on your router sim. Good luck!
