Author CCNA: Pre Test Notes, are they allowed?

I will be taking the exam on the 14th and have received conflicting versions of what is allowed before the test. My instructor and several posts here have indicated that the test taker is allowed to write down as many notes as he wants from memory while in the center before the test begins.

The woman I poke to at the testing center has said that this is not allowed. I believe that she is wrong, however, it doesn't really matter if I can't convince her that she is wrong, now does it?

So, finally, to my question. Can anyone tell me how I can prove to her that this is allowed. I only want to write down notes from my head that will help me through the exam.

If anyone knows the answer and where I can go to prove it quickly (only 4 more days) please help!

Thanks!

I have written down a couple of things, like formulas or other rules in the Prometric centers and was never told it was not allowed. But then again, I only wrote a couple of lines, not fill up the scratch paper with notes. Best bet - call Prometric and ask:

http://www.prometric.com/ContactUs/TestTakers/North+America.htm

If allowed, ask them to email you with confirmation that it is allowed, and also where it can be found in their policies via the web. If you bring the email, and can back it up with the URL for the policy on the web, the test center has no choice.

I took my exam with Prometric, and they allowed me to take as much time as I needed to transfer mental notes to the provided sheet.
