Have a look at this guy resume. I was really shocked, he must be a Guru of All Cisco Gurus.

he better be top dog considering

he wrote a chapter for the MCNS book.
he is one of hte 11 (not sure of the current number) triple ie's outthere, whose number over half works internally at cisco.

he hangs out in one of hte other cert forums,(or used to, I don't hang arond there anymore). would be bad form for me to mention the site's name here. he also regularly host chat on one of the cert mag site, so he is/was accessible... if you ever come across him, let him know how great you think he is

edit: and oh sh*t, he is quad now.
