| Minimum passing score is 849/1000.
Basically 85%. | |

| but how many questions are there in the actual exams? | |
| Townsend 2003-05-02, 10:32 am |
| There were 60 questions on mine. The toughest part of the test is trying to fit everything into the allowed 90 minutes.
You can do it. Just take a deep breath and try to keep your composure.

| Townsend is correct on all points.
Don't take too long on ANY question. Be prepared to subnet like you wrote the book on it. Be ready for command line configuration on at least two router sims.

| thanks a lot for motivating me. | |
|
| Do you have to retake the exam every year to keep your status as an CCNA or any of the cisco exams? | |
| wancheta 2003-05-02, 11:21 pm |
| I believe it's 3 years or CCNP which ever comes first. |
