Ccna 640-607...bugs??

| I need some feedback...I just sat the CCNA exam and was finishing up on question #24 when the exam crashed. Cisco tech support was called while my time continued to tick away. They instructed the center administrator to log me into another PC and continue taking the test. After doing so, my test came up on the other PC BUT started at question #30, skipping 6 questions. As we all know this counts against you. I finished the test knowing that I couldn't possibly pass now with so much against me.
An incedent report was filed with Cisco and I was told that they would "review my exam based on a ratio" and if needed that they would give me a retake at no charge.
Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so, what is this "ratio" and how does Cisco figure it?
I feel so empty, all this preparation and nothing to show. I'm left hanging, not knowing what to do next... | |

| That really blows man. sorry for your experience.. I can just image how you feel.. But, look on the bright side.. You will usually do better after a little rest and a bit of free time to catch up on things.. flip through the book/notes, etc..
Relax = easy test taking..
Good luck  | |

| Sounds like a rare and isolated occurance but try to take it in the best way that you can.
It is just bad luck, that is all. Sorry to hear it. I know how nerve racking the test are in the first place. |
