can someone explain setting static mac entries on a 1900 switch. the sybex pdf says "You can now tell a source
interface that it is only allowed to send frames out of a defined interface." it doesnt make sense because say u put a static entry on the source interface ethernet 0/0, the only place a frame can leave it through e0/0, right?

if someone can explain this to me, plz post.
thanks

Don't confuse a router with a switch!
