| I finally got one...err two! 
$203.50 + s&h for a pair of 2501's with transceivers, power cords and a DTE/DCE cable. 16mb ram, 16mb flash, 12.2.19a loaded.
Just have to get a console cable or adapter and I should have enough to play with for a little while.

I spent more than I had hoped to, but in the last couple hours it whent up a bit. Still a good deal I think.
