That is the current certification resources exams page.
Basically, 640-507 is old, retired exam and did not include simulation. You also missed the 607 which was also retired a few weeks ago.
The 801 is the current CCNA exam. Check out the above web site.

| 801 is the only current exam for CCNA certification, if you need to pass with one exam. Other options are 811 and 821.
