| i got a couple question bout the ccna test. while doing the labs in the exam, can u use shortcuts (config term instead of configure terminal)? also, i went to the cisco website and was looking at a demo of the actual lab from the test and was wondering if i mistyped a command (like configur terminal instead of configure terminal; the e's missing), would the lab automatically end, saying my answer's wrong, or will it allow me to correct my typo? also, do the labs have a separate time limit (like only 5 min to configure what they ask), or is there just one time limit for the whole exam?
thanks for any help | |

| You can use abbreviated commands like en, sh, etc. The simulation will allow you to make corrections as long as you haven't moved on to the next question. You can't skip or review questions anymore once you have moved on. Make sure you do a sh run before you move on to the next qestion. No per-question time limit I have ever heard of. On every Cisco exam I have taken with simulations, the simulations responded so slowly you could actually type ahead. This is really annoying and eats up time. |
