| Let me introduce myself..
I am Manny, hello forum.
Now, I will ask the question that has been asked so many millions of times when someone new to the subject arrives -
From all of your experiences which is beter
Boson Router Sim or Lammle Router Sim?
I figure either Lammle Book or Cisco/Odom book for 640-801 would be fine as both have have several CCNA books out for years.
Also anyone try CBT nuggets for Cisco?
I used them for my W2K MCSE last year and found it to be very enjoyable self paced learning. | |

| Hi Manny,
Can't say anything abt CBT nuggets as I do not have the opportunity, yet,to use the software.
As for your questions regarding books and sims,I would go for both Wendell Odom and Todd Lammle.I used both for my now retired #640-607 CCNA exams.
Wendell Odom's book covered the topics in detailed and it is design to both novice and experts alike.
Todd Lammle's book covers in quite detailed info following closely exam objectives.THe book covered what is neccessary for an individual to pass the exams.
Both new books #640-801 by those two authors, should have the same quality infomation and good reading material for an individual.
As for Sim,if you can afford it,buy a router and set up a mini lab.Nothing beats having a hands on practice on the real thing.
However,if you cannot afford it,then the Sybex Sim & Boson Sim would be suffice
