| I'm building a lab for myself and I was wondering what everyone else has. I currently have two 2500's, one 3000 plus a 16 port Synoptics hub. I Also have 4 AGS+'s and a MGS on their way to me.(won them for $0.99) so I'm gonna see what I Can do with those things. And of course I plan on getting more(mostly cause it just looks cool) Figure the more exposure I can get to the euipment the better off I am.
Also does anyone know a good place to get cheap cables? All the ones on ebay are very expensive and it would be cool if there was ways to get them cheaper.

Lab
I know Yeti personally (though never seen him ;-) ) and he has bought more kit since that post.
I get to use his lab daily and it's certainly awesome. You can see half of it online at www.yeti-gbr1.co.uk . He now has two labs, his other lab for home use has even more kit in!

Do you have any practice lab to share or do you know any good lab book?

| Jane,
Start with Solie's labs, from CCIE Practical Studies after you get the corrections from Cisco Press. Even the practice stuff in the individual chapters are a great starting point if you haven't done any of that stuff yet.
You really in the DC area?

I work on a Gov. contract in the DC. Area.
Can't find the kind of job I want I started a contract business targeting SBA Gov. contracts. I'm at the point of submitting proposals so I've not won any bit yet. |
