| I just passed my A+ exams, for my first certifcation. I'm thinking of going for CCNA as a start toward anetworking and security career. What do you guys think is this the right move,or the wrong one? What sectors are looking strong in the near future? Iwould really appreciate any feedback. Thanks | |

| You may want to go for your Network+ next and then go for your CCNA. The Cisco stuff will come a little easier once you understand the basic concepts of networking. Congratulations on your A+ pass. Good Stuff!!! | |

| I strongly encourage Net+ before CCNA.
There is a lot of subnetting and OSI concepts on CCNA and the skill base you aquire from Net+ will help greatly.
It should take about 4-6 weeks to complete. |
