I just passed the CCNA exam, and was surprised that there was not one question regarding the IPX protocol, which is stressed in most of the texts I have seen. Nor is it mentioned in the Exam description. What is going on here? When was it dropped from the CCNA exam?
To pass the test, you need to know subnetting backwards and forwards, IPX not even mentioned!




Exam Description

The Cisco Certified Network Associate exam (CCNA) is the only exam required to achieve a CCNA Routing and Switching certification.
