| To those of you who have sat the exam already, how big a part, would you say, does the Simulations play in the exam?

| The simulations are very important part of the test. They are what you would do in the field such as enabling a protocol or connecting two routers together I know I missed my simulation because I forgot about the inverse mask using OSPF protocol. I passed with a 913 though. I had a lot of lab experience in class. Simulations are a real job related experience. | |

| Hi there,
U would probably get 2 sim questions .,U can walk out if u missed the 2 questions and register for another day. These questions are that important.Get enough practice "hand on" or atleast on sims.

| Another question...
In the simulation, does your answer have to be "first time right", or are you able to retry, for example, if you type in a command, and you misspelled a word by accident, are you able to retype it, or is it tough cookies for you?

| if you mistype, you will get 'unrecognized command' pretty much like the real router, but without the autocomplete |
