if you want to telnet from user PC to router using TCP?IP what kind of cable you need to use

If you want to telnet to a router, you just need to know the IP address of the router and be able to connect to the network it is on. If however, you are trying to connect to the console port, you will need an rj-45 to rj-45 rollover cable and an adapter to go from rj-45 to serial on your computer.

If you don't have a rollover cable you can always make your own. Unlike a crossover where one end is the 568A standard and the other is the 568B standard. A rollover is just flipping over the cable so you have pin 1-8 on one end and pin 8-1 on the other.
