| Taking CCNA courses starting th 23rd of sept. The courses will be 7 weeks and two 4 hour classes a week for a total of 56 hours half of which is lab and the other half which is going through all the book material. Also they provide a mentor which you can talk to in a chat room each night outside of class and ask questions or explanations. I have a+ n+ and an associates degree in computer systems networking and 3 1/2 years in telecom/networking. Is my experience a good match for this course or should I look for something more in depth never touched a router outside a sim | |

| ccna is a good start, ccnp is more in depth, but you need ccna for ccna. Then you can go from there | |

| Are the courses valuable to someone like me with no router experience buts tons of networking experience would I stand a chance on the cert test | |

| You should manage it no problem. My course was 1 week about 6 hours a day lab work then I read the Cisco guide at night and passed the exam at the end of the week. I found getting as much hands on as I could was what helped the most. | |
