ok when mapping addresses to the DLCIs do u use the ip address of the remote router or the actual router you're on?....i appreciate whoever answer this.

Hi rmuhhamad,

It maps the IP address of the remote (next hop) router.

int s0
encapsulation frame-relay
ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
frame-relay map ip 1.1.1.2 20 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 1.1.1.3 30 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 1.1.1.4 40 broadcast
