Can anyone help, I am using cisco 3620 access router, a NM-1FE2W Network Module with One-Fast Ethernet and Two-WIC slots along with 2x wic-2t modules.

On the serial interfaces it sets 2000000 clockrate as default - however I want to remove this as I as I have ascom CSU/DSU's for the line...

When I do a s0/0 for the first interface and put the 'no clock rate'command I get the response:'FECPM PM doesn't support clock rate 0'

Can anyone help please? This might be a bit basic but it's got me stumped...

hmmm...very interesting. FECPM is a fast ethernet combo port module.

Yeah, I should have mentioned I'd already checked that out..

Thanks for you help anyway...but does anyone know why I can't bin off the clockrate on the interface???
