Page 317 of Todd Lammie' book there is question about VTP provides which of the following benifits to a switched network?
(Choose all that apply)

One of the Answers is B.Management of all Switches and Routers in an internetwork.

I know you can manage all Switches with VTP, but I did not think you could also manage Routers with it. I'm I wrong or is the book wrong?

Being that you can not telnet from a Switch.

Maybe indirectly. If your management terminal has to go through a couple of switches to manage a router, a trunk line might be needed to allow the VLAN for management without using up more ports. Using VTP would make it easier to manage those switches. Seems odd. Maybe write the author and ask what he means.
