821...

I certainly felt that I knew the stuff this morning. I was getting 95 - 100 on transcenders and 90 - 100 on Bosons. These didn't prepare me for the exam. Transcenders were far too easy! The actually exam was very difficult.

2 Sims, fill-in but no drag and drop.

For the multiple choice questions, the answers that you had to choose from were all very similar which made it very difficult.

I got the first sim perfectly but the second one was quite complicated. I tried everything to solve the problem, it just wouldn't work. I eventually left it as I was struggling with it for over 15 minutes.

Anyway, back to the drawing board, I have set my exam for next week Saturday!!!

I will tackle my weak points, its just so frustrating, I really felt confident this morning. The transcenders/Bosons really gave me false confidence!!!

Get your head down and im sure you will pass next week, If its the troubleshooting sim that stumped, you heres a tip, Start your troubleshooting at the physical layer, what commands check the hardware, then work your way up to datalink (keep alives) and finally network layer stuff like ip addresses, subnet masking, routing etc etc. there is only so many things that can be wrong with it. finaly dont fear the sim, I found the sim fun (still took me close to 10 minutes) , but then I enjoy fixing things.

Good luck and let us know when you pass.

A week to prepare should be fair enough, start cracking down on your weak spots of study, and you'll come out on top
