Hey networkers,

I've been studying from Lammle's 640-507 2nd ed. Now there's a 640-607. Does anyone know what's in the newer book that might not have been covered thoroughly in the previous or any other content I should be concerned about?

Thanks.

naw,
Same material, the only difference is two simulators on the exam. Learn how to troubleshoot a network connection and you will be fine.

It covers the same material.

The only advantages are that the author has had a chance to correct typos, mistakes, and expand on confusing sections.

I upgraded to the new Cisco Press 640-607 book and was quite pleased.

If you can get your hands on a 640-607 book OR a 640-507 book you should be fine!

Cheers,
Ron

You mean SYBEX CCNA (640 - 607) Study Guide (3rd edition)?
Is it already available in your country?

Cool! Good looking out. I also noticed some small mistakes in the 507 edition. Thanks again.
