| Got two conficting answers on what you are actually reducing or increasing when you change the size of your window. Are you changing the amount of bits sent or the amount of segments.
I believe the answer is bits, but just wanna make sure, exam on Monday. | |

Segments. When you change your TCP window size, you change the number of packets that can be sent without receiving a TCP acknowledgment. At layer 4, this would be called a segment. |
