Differences between books

| Hi. I would like to know which book is better between the ICDN course and the Certification Guide by Odom. Which are the differences between them?
Thanks a lot

| I took the ICND 2.0, so I can only comment on that one. The ICND 2.0 covers most of the topics, but leaves out one of the most crucial ones - OSI 7 Layers and IPX (which was covered in ICND 1.0).
For the other topics, it tends to go over the CCNA objectives, like including NAT, ISDN PRI, etc.
The Odom book is a more accurate representation of the topics that will be covered in the exam, and you shouldn't go wrong with it. I know I didn't! |
