| Well I would just like to say that I did pass the exam today. It was quite funny though cause you guys had a dicussion in here about prometric vs vue. Well my test at PROMETRIC took 3 attempts to download and then finally downloaded correctly. Apparently the Display Settings need to be set to a certain setting on your monitor. I think it is something to do with the new Sim Q's.
Anyway, there were 2 sim questions which were very easy. I had a few scenario q's which were not that difficult but you have to know your stuff. The others which i struggle with were subnetting q's (don't think I aced those). The rest were on Vlans, switching, bridges. Only had 2 q's on OSI and 1 on TCP/IP. All in all it was not that difficult a test.
So good luck to everyone who is thinking of doing their CCNA soon.

| Very welll done. Quite encouraging to all the other Cisco and routing newbies on here.
What next? Are you trying another exam path or sticking with Cisco, the CCNP perhaps?

| Congrats! I'll be taking my test again this weekend (at Prometric again), hope they don't screw up the download again, otherwise I'll REALLY be pissed... | |

| Yea KPHUA I thought oh damn my test is not going to download and I have heard how people have waited the whole day and then still nothing. But I was lucky I guess. The girl that was working there had seen that problem before and new exactly how to fix it. Thank Goodness.
Well good luck with your exam.
I am onto my CCNP and MCSA. I will be venturing into their Forums now. |
