Complaints to Cisco!

| Hello, All!
Does anyone have a link and/or telephone number for Cisco to chew butt about the Sims? I took the test the other day, and a Sim basically locked up on me. I could not exit Priv. mode. I tried everything (telnetting to other routers, etc), and then it just got worse. The Sim started to look pixellated, and I couldn't comment either, so I HAD to hit Next. As a result, my IOS grade sucked! The Sim was so easy, I could have done it in my sleep. Come on, I have a setup in my study with 2 250x, 2 1900en, a 1602, a 706, and an older 40xx. they are not just paperweights.
I actually thought the test was easy, but I should have taken it six months ago.
Thanks for reading my rant, any replies appreciated.
Rod

| What good will complaining do? You won't win against big biz Cisco. | |

| It may be that the testing center had junk equipment too. I took a test once and had the machine lock up on me before it was over.
I would send a complaint to the testing center not Cisco.

| Hey Body, Take it easy..
and thank god that you had passed the exam..
you scored 936 and now you are a CCNA, and if you had scored 1000 it will be a CCNA too, so forget about it and proceed..

| Yeah I agree
don't waste time on this.
You still outscored %90 of everyone else.
Just focus on your next test.
We'll just give you an honerary 1000

| Hi Rockin Rod
I know how you feel...at least you got to take your exam and pass it. I was supposed to take mine last Sunday, and the test center said they couldn't even download the questions! I've like, wasted the past 2 weeks of studying and my re-scheduled date is 2 weeks later...
I sent a strongly-worded email to Prometric, but haven't heard from them since...doubt that I will tho...

| i had something similar happen to kphua. i went to take my a+ o/s, only to be told 20 minutes after i arrived there that the invigorator was off work sick. my test was rescheduled and when i went to comptia site a few weeks later to see how my certificate was being processed, i found that i had been marked down as a no-show and had a fail against my name! |
