Just starting into the world of Cisco networking and studying for my CCNA. I'm ready to start setting up and configuring hardware...but not sure what to do. Here's what I've got for hardware:

6 PC/Servers. Linux, Solaris, W2K, NT, WinME machines.

1 Cisco 1602R Router with an extra serial port in the "WIC" slot.

1 10BaseT transceiver (CentreCOM 210TS)

1 Cisco 2501 Router.

1 12 port SMC hub

3 8 port HP hubs

Assorted network and Cisco cables.

It's stuff I've scrounged off the shelves at work and home that's not being used.

Was wondering if anyone had any advice on how I should take advantage of this equipment (more specifically than "set it up".) Any ideas? Please be gentle...I'm a newbie.

Thanks everyone...

Buy a Ciscopress/Sybex book then follow the labs as much as possible. The initial stuff isa easy and shouldn't cause you any issues, if it does post a question here.
