When you take the exam, is the test adaptive? Meaning if you get a question right, does it move on to a harder one that is worth more points and when you miss a question does it move on to an easier question worth fewer points? Or is this an exam where I can miss 11 of 65 questions and pass?

Unless it's changed very recently the exam is NOT adaptive. It is a fixed length test (65 questions) and you have 75 mins. You cannot go back to check your work so don't move on from a question until you're sure of the answer.
