Hi - I don't want to bug you all (& I know you've seen this type of mail bfore) but....

Do I still need to sign an agreement if I agreed to one before I took the exam (radio buttons - nothing actually signed)? & do I need to do anything else now/is there a timeout limit for registering?

Yep you do or at least you used to have to. Do it online under certifications on the CIsco page.
But you need your test results to log on there.
