| I was taking an online practice test and got this one. I think the answer they give is wrong. Whois right here?
When there is a tftp server whose IP is 128.252.144.84, what is the command of the router to get it to boot from a file named image10.3.bin?
Your answer boot system tftp 128.252.144.84 image10.3.bin is wrong. The correct answer is boot system tftp image10.3.bin 128.252.144.84

| from Cisco.com
boot system [rcp | tftp] filename [ip-address]
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td...t2/fcimages.htm
from pg. 127 Cisco Press ICND:
the boot system command is a global configuration command that allows you to specify the source of the IOS software image to load. some of the syntax options available are:
- boot system flash [filename]
- boot system rom
- boot system tftp [filename][server-address]
they appear to be right and you wrong! sorry.
i guess we need to think of it as such: "i need to get some eggs at the store."
eggs = filename
store = server-address
or, i'm getting what from where?
huh? ok. whatever.
