What is the price for the following equipments? (Approx.)

Router: 1601R, 2501
Switch: 1900

If I plan to buy the real equipment, what is the minimum number of routers and switches that I should to purchase? I think if the minimum combination can be used until I have finished CCNP track.

Any effortable/economical suggestion?

Yeah, go to www.ebay.com. You'll find tons of Cisco equipment at a fraction of the retail price.
