Does anyone have any good tips on how to approach subnetting and ip addressing questions in the CCNA exam. I can work them out fine in binary form given pen and paper, but I can't do that in the exam!!

How does everyone else approach this type of exam question?

Why can't you do that in the exam, you get pen and paper when you sit the exam, but you can't leave with the paper after the exam.

Ahhh.......

Thanks for that. I had some dude telling me there was no pens or paper allowed for the Cisco exams!!

I've been going cross-eyed trying to do binary in my head for a week now!

Supposedly

You might want to call the testing center to see if they provide this equip. From what I understand they are required to but some don't realize that.

No worries. It's good for you and, as I've said before, the chicks dig it
