Q: What is part of the local exchange and terminates the local loop?

-LT
-TE1
-TE2
-NT1

It's stating the answer as LT.
I know that BRI connects to an NT1. Never heard of LT, can anybody help me out?

It most likely is someone's acronym for "Line Termination." Very, very unlikely as any kind of exam question, IMO.

The LT is line termination equipment. I had not come across this during my CCNA studies but while preparing for the BCRAN I came across this diagram.
