| This is a question from the E.E testing program
How many classes of addresses are avialable for use on the internet (pick two)
1.A
2.B
3.C
4.D
5.E
There are a few strange birds in this nest
|
| Since the question asks "how many", the choices should be numbers, not letters, right?
And people are paying for this stuff, huh?! Geez!!
|
| And this is for which Exam ???
You actually paid for this program
|
| Maybe the Q should be "Which classes of addresses are avialable for use on the internet (pick two)".
Never heard there were restrictions on classes that can be used, only specific addresses (loop back address, etc.)
Thoughts out there? | |
|
| Class E cannot be used. Also, you cannot create class D networks. | |
|
| Exam Essentials is the test.
I stand corrected, the answears are numbers.
The question
How many classes of addresses are avialable for use on the internet (pick two)
a.1
b.6
c.0
d.3
e.2
f.5
g.4
And the answear is, f.5 and g.4
There are 5 classes,ABCDE, however class E is used for testing, and is not used on the internet. Therefor there are only 4 classes avialable for the internet.
E.E has some good questions, this one is not one of them.

This is definitely not one of the good ones. How can both 5 and 4 be correct? It's like asking "how old are you?", and getting the answer "I'm 25 and 39!!". Hah!!

| Hey Dragon!
I believe that Dmaftei maybe on to something.
I wonder if my pic came out? hmmm
LLLLLLLate,, | |
|
| There are others mistakes on the exam, not many though. This one was one of the worst questions I'd ever seen anywhere.
Killer pic silk! | |
|
| Gee, it's amazing how bad they make 'em!

| Hey Dan.
I'm fine! Great to come by here and check things out. Now that I'm a bit more organized, I'll try visiting the forum a bit more. How are you going? I feel a yearning to go back over my Cisco material, which I've neglected a bit. I have become a convert to the QNX OS (www.qnx.com) after trying out Linux, and finding it completely unsatisfactory. Also, I'm learning C/ C++. Trying not to spread myself too thin, though...hard to keep pace when working full time...
Anyway, just thought I'd drop by.
Ciao,
Deets |
