| Well I took the advice of several people here and bought Wendell Odom's book for the CCNA exam. I must say that it is more detailed than Lammle's book. But I find Todd's book to be a little better layed out. I've also played around with the CD-ROM that was enclosed and took a couple of practice exams. They say the passing score is 70%. I'm getting between 75 and 88 percent on the CD-ROM. I've aced the CCNA e-Trainer by Lammle. Are the questions presented with Odom's CD-ROM that much harder than the CCNA test ?
Two weeks and counting...

| Actually, I found the Odom's book help me alot. Am not taken a mick, but I think this book is designed for people who have some networking experience/knowlegd. I would recommend this book if you have networking experience, very details.
If you can mastered the tests in the Odom's book, you should have not too much trouble passing the Cisco exam. | |

| I've found that the book can be heavy going, it depends on how much you already know on the subject. Tony is right about the type of people who should use it, I'm a Network eningeer but I've never used IPX or Frame Relay and found the topices hard going sometimes. It a good job I have a CCIE sitting next to me.
